• Replacement of the defective product with any new product of the same value or payment of the difference if applicable.
Notes:
• The customer is not responsible for any shipping fees if the reason for replacement or refund is damage or a manufacturing defect.
• The customer does not bear any shipping fees if there is an error in the order from ‘Ahjar,’ such as a shortage or a product different from the customer’s request.
Secondly, in the case of wanting to replace or refund the product without any manufacturing defect:
Customers of ‘Ahjar’ have the right to replace or refund the product, and the customer bears the shipping expenses in this case. After receiving the product and confirming its compliance with the conditions, the customer has the option to choose one of the following:
• Delivery of the shipment to the nearest branch of the required shipping company.
• Refund of the product value after deducting the shipping cost via bank transfer, which takes 10 working days.
• Replacement of the product with another product of the same value or payment of the difference if applicable.
Notes:
• The customer bears any shipping fees if the reason for replacement or refund is without any damage or manufacturing defect.
Thirdly: The process of replacement and refund takes 14 days for the entire transaction.
Fourthly: To protect your rights and seek your satisfaction, we hope not to activate this feature. The matter depends on generosity and goodwill:
